Daiman Development Berhad ("DDB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the
Board of Directors has resolved to cancel the retained Treasury Shares

think you are right! This will increase EPS as the share in circulation is reduced by the same quantity.

But its dividend is good.

Doubt so. Treasury share means existing share inside the company treasury whereas Bonus issue means more share. So bonus issue is the one will dilute the EPS.

15sen per share divvy less 25% tax....If bought at RM3.00 about 3.75%, not including share price appreciation to RM3.10 today
