lol. so evil!

anyway, question:
bjtoto-cd conversion ratio of 3.7237 for 1. what does that mean and what's with the expiry date of 19/07/2010.
in my limited knowledge, i only know bjtoto-cd will cease trading on last day of expiry date. so on 20/07/2010, the share would be converted back to the mother share? anybody can shed some light and example of the conversion please?
thanks!

bjtoto-cd actually will cease trading few days before 19/07/2010. and the warrant is cash settled, and wont be converted to shares. and if the mother price is far below the exercise price, the call warrant become worthless... and u get nothing

does that mean the share price on last day of trading needs to be above the exercise price of 4.387?
anything below, lose, anything above got some $$ with the conversion factor thrown in?
any other sifu can show some arithmetic calculation on this exercise please?
