Hello guys, Today, I would like to ask question about the warranty offered by Dell. I want to know whether the warranty is only applicable at local or global? For instance, if I have bought a laptop from Dell Malaysia and bring it over to Germany. Suddenly, laptop got problem and need to fix it with my warranty. Does it valid?

When you all say local warranty, does that mean that its only covered within the country you purchased the laptop from? Because I heard my friend saying dell's default warranty (one year) is covered in the ASEAN region. Need confirmation from experienced dell users. =)
