I think Dell Studio XPS 16 and Alienware M15x have no problems on fulfilling these requirements but I do have a question. The keyboard for Germany laptops are a little bit difference than Malaysia. Does this void the requirements?

Currently, I'm at Germany. I can't afford to call them as I afraid they will charge me ( I mean by Telco charges ) ...  Thus, I choose to request assistance from here 1st ...
