Dell Warranty, Local or Global?

hello guys, how come you guys know 3 years complete cover + 3 year premier warranty service means international warranty?
from where u guys got the source from very interested to know cuz wanna upgrade mine to 3 years before my unit arrive. still can upgrade rite? |

When you all say local warranty, does that mean that its only covered within the country you purchased the laptop from? Because I heard my friend saying dell's default warranty (one year) is covered in the ASEAN region. Need confirmation from experienced dell users. =)
