Er... 6.9MB/sec from US Nvidia website... The speed won't be too bad too.

They will, but phase by phase..only selected area a.k.a Klang Valley (and some major industrial area) will get the opportunity to use HSBB this year.

Er... that's roughly 34.5x of your speed. You meant KBps instead of Kbps, I assume.

Just got a call from TM asking if I got the invite to test. Funny thing is the call came even before the invite. Anyways, my 2 cents is that for now, whilst testing, they probably won't throttle or if they do, not much so as to give good impression to beta testers who will hopefully spread the news, thereby garnering more upgrades when they launch. I am just wondering if they will use this upgrade as a way to introduce bandwidth cap and move away from the current unlimited usage policy.

BTW, has anyone sucessfully configured a 3rd party router to work with HSBB? I understand the router from TM does not support G-LAN? Also it's wifi operates in the 2.4Ghz band right? If so then really sucks! Be sad if I have to give up using my Netgear with G-LAN and smultaneous dual-band.

i don't think that tm can provide 100Mbps

There is 100Mbps..but not for consumer(us)..maybe for corporate user..

You have $$ to have 100MBPS? shocking.gif
I think 10MBPS for me quite enough already and most important..Stable vmad.gif

If Got 10Mbps I Also Very Satisfy Already.

Ya, Stable Is The Most Important Part To Be Consider. No Matter How Fast The Spped, If It's Perform Unstable, It's Useless To Own It. .

100 mbps for home users and 1gbps for business users.

It will be a long way before getting 100mbps...
