at last with 57mm fz block..my friend got perfect tune..can long distance 160-170kmh.. and most important..top speed outmeter..uhuhuh

no need wait la, straight change. After change still need to 'run in' 100km before u can go cornering gao gao.


I dislike the road there, too bumpy and spoilt my absorber.

i hv change to NGK g-power platinum spark plug at bee hock just now. now waiting my father to be back from work than go cham siong with him about the stromberg power spark plug booster + the new set of tyre. the tyre bee hock recommend me use both 70/90 michelin pilot tube de.

sorry..quote busy today.. a lots of setting and tuning needed..but for briefing..mod for external and internal needed.. external-spocket..cdi(cheetah) , igntion coil ..

internal engine.. l port and polish head..polish the ex port..porting head and block..head for 3mm..block for 1mm..then make pocket valve on piston..using custom indonesia cam .. 280 degree and 6.5mm lift.. clutch plate honda wave ..standard carb reject ..22.5 pilot 107 mainjet.. takeout assy on head..takeout air filter ..ad there is a few things im not really sure..but i will sharing it later..

60/90 front is good enough, but 70/90 front gives you more grip.


This setup lacks low to mid range torque, but has real good power from 7000rpm all the way to 10000rpm.

great CDI you have there. You imported it?

if rear 80/90 would be nice 4 cornering or not coz my parenats want me to hv the bigger size at the rear.

maybe this time i'll be ignoring their will 1st. try hv an 70/90 at rear.

Fuh i've just finished tuning my bike..... now the meter can go beyond the yamaha logo. lol. It's between yamaha and 0.

there is a few things i didnt mention..maybe some other time when im confirm about it i can share it.. but to its powerfull enough becoz he's using fz block..and safely for long distance..today he'll travel form jb to ipoh.. so let see the the outcome...huhu

Walao everytime talk about FZ block i started to get hi... But the thing is, it is quite complicated to mod a bike, tuning will be the hardest part nid alots of time to trail n error... I hope everything will be juz P&P but without spending time on tuning, modding will be meaningless d rite guys??? XD So how much does ur fren spend on tat mod??? (lord)

That's why u need an experienced foremen, he knows more If u have a good foremen with years of experience tuning and modding...
It will just take a couple of hours to change the block and carb tuning

maybe around mid june... not sure.. =)
