yeah...it is...with f2 just very easy to get ur subject in focus if it has a certain distance withe background....
for example, a Zeiss 50mm Plannar f2....

but i thought its not accurate to compare a lens on a rangefinder? ie. M9?

neo, u edited the post right? the 1st photo has nicer bokeh..

yeah...the 1st one nicer but this one the object more isolated...
even f5.6 can nice if u have 100mm or longer focal length...

but like u said, this is on a 24mm ma.. so have to take that into consideration as well

neo, yea was refering to the image as a whole... the muted colors are what i want to achieve in my photos, but its very hard. any pointers?
