ok this might need a little imagination...what i intended was to show a blank wall...this represents ALL our lives...what ever we do...who we are...what we represent will produce colours and patterns on this wall as to reflect our character, our nature and our uniqueness...i chose a blank wall because ...frankly no image can ever encompass and represent Everything....except a blank canvas....the limitless possibilities of wonderful art ..or worthless drawings......
and as we know....our lives are constantly being observed by others...people we dont know...people who judge us ( hence the darkened feet with no identity ) ...people we probably never would know who shape and interpret our lives according to their values....
The picture also shows anticipation....like people awaiting something to happen....dont you agree that that is what is happening in our lives as well?...expectations of parents? teachers, bosses, family, spouses, all looking ..waiting to see how our story, our pattern and our uniqueness unfolds....
i purposely made the choice of coloured elements in the photo as bland as possible....with highlights near the stage and darkness eclipsing the audience.....we all know that our main point of view is ourselves...were turning into a materialistic culture which has lost the appreciation and the capability to emphatize for another.....we always wish to be in the spotlight... and most of the time...we do not see the reactions of people who look at how we behave, who see our faults and shortcomings, as well as our successes and greatness... due to our blind focus and emphasise on "ME, Myself and I"....
this was my interpretation of this simple yet profound image....i hope it has brought a thought or two to someone who reads this...for if it does...my goal is achieved....
Errmmm... I'm too super noob to understand the pic....
