Hey wildcat, you look pretty strong with your lifts, can show us a video of your squats, looks solid to me in terms of figure. I'd like to learn to squat properly as well because my form is bad.

i dont bench much in the beginning 3 months when i started training. Mostly focused on getting stronger and fixing my techniques in dl and squats. This is my 4th month of training and i'm bench pressing more often nowadays . ur 100kg BP is great smile.gif

Because when I trained him, I knew that if there's one lift you can allowed to just suck balls at because it's not as important to his goals, it's the bench press. Mirror muscles are less important compared to the posterior chain muscles.

Besides, it's only about 4 months and he's gotten up to an almost good squat number. My plan is for him to hit 150 by March and then 160in April. If all goes well, those numbers should be achieved.

What, is this one-rep maxes? Are we all pulling our internet dicks out?

Also, some fields are missing:
- height
- chest/waist/arms/thighs/calves

I don't really remember how much I usually lift. Hopefully this pic explains it.

MOD EDIT: This is a "Post how much U can lift" thread, not a progress pic thread. Stick to the topic.
