Because when I trained him, I knew that if there's one lift you can allowed to just suck balls at because it's not as important to his goals, it's the bench press. Besides, it's only about 4 months and he's gotten up to an almost good squat number. My plan is for him to hit 150 by March and then 160in April. If all goes well, those numbers should be achieved.
