I'm considering either the Saga M-line vs Persona B-line (both auto)

Another thing about the Saga M-line, does the front engine lid comes with a cover?

I'm also wondering if the Persona B-line comes with this lid, since the option list shows it does not have the "trunk lid cover"... wonder if this is the boot or the front lid?

i just changed my m line to bline persona...underneath the front bonnet, got cover..but at the trunk, nope..but u can get from outside..rm 90 at mudah.com

u mean mline dun have insulation for the boot? who said so? mine got. first batch (2008) mline dont have..current mline got. fyi mine is 2009 batch.

Cyberkewl, since you drive the Saga M-line, could you tell me if the front engine cover comes with insulation, or if its just bare?

front no insulation, that u have to buy on your own which i did was RM 90 if not mistaken from some guy in lowyat forum here..engine sound for blm is louder than persona, if u particular about sound get persona. but i tell u, better get persona mline, more worth it if u want persona. bline not worth, a lot of things dont have. fabric also not so good. otherwise go for saga mline instead.

i checked the new Persona B-line, the seats are the exact same as M-line.

I feel the M-line Persona is not worth it. you're basically paying RM6.5k more for accessories that you can add yourself but aren't essential, except the electric side mirror.

I would have gladly sacrificed the skirting + GPS for ABS + remote boot release.

Poor packaging from Proton again, forcing us to get one thing if you want another feature. (imagine, if I wanted ABS then I have to get the H-line.)

agree. Saga doesnt have ABS at all.

mline got airbag, bline dont have isnt it? I think its quite important to have drivers airbag at least..but anyway, its up to u..monthly payment not too big a diff actually if u go for higher spec.

edit: not to mention bline rear seats are not foldable..mline ones are foldable..so like i said, its more value for money if u check the specs properly..airbag u cannot add in yourself at those kedai abang ali ah kow..it has to be factory fitted.

i changed my mline saga to bline persona because wait for so long already and my SA always failed to fulfill his promise..decided changed to persona, and all done in 5 days only...

yes mline persona is way better equip than bline, all unnecessary but airbag..but after thinking a while, i opted for bline as i cant afford m line persona

Yes firewall area is insulated so less sound.

Any place to intro for tinted for my BLM...

u mean we can expand our boot by folding rear seat? does SE foldable too? I didnt notice that.

this is for persona only, saga blm dont have rear foldable seats.

IMO, those free tint vouchers always offer cheap tints at higher price.

persona has better engine, and better suspension.

engine wise, it still a campro. albeit, 1.6
but much better suspension setup as in multi-link rear suspension with all round stabilizer bar. thus translates in better handling in corner.
btw, persona is better looking with softer door closing sound too

as per my previous post, my fuel sensor decided to 'wake up' and working correctly now.. so i suppose its all good then ?
