QUOTE(zorex @ Feb 20 2010, 12:08 AM) nice shot there, but if you can brighten up your subject a bit will be a lot nicer. this is a simple example. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « i like the way you bumped up the levels and color on the girl, but try not to clip the highlights at the same time as well, this is to keep the details in the snow. that's one of the purpose camera IQ tends to underexp bright pics. i'd normally look at the histogram and pull the slider right till the edge, then stop. if the subject's still insufficient, use masking with a 3-4px feathered edge

QUOTE(Utada @ Feb 20 2010, 05:25 PM) Like Fcuk90 say, don't tfk so much lor. those r kid's stuff.. Jealousy in romance is like salt in food. A little can enhance the savor, but too much can spoil the pleasure and, under certain circumstances, can be life-threatening... ^^ 135mm iso200 1/100s F/2.5 merge 2 shots together due to unable to get everything on focus plane without affecting my composition.. c&c welcomed as usual ^^

good question haha.. well no tripod makes it hard to even go for a good shot at f/8~11 even at iso 1600 One of the few travel family trips that I regret not carrying a tripod along with me..
