QUOTE(fazil0610 @ Mar 26 2012, 09:43 PM) Hi, just take my spm result last week and planning to further my studies in UiTM. Information Management = how to manage information.. very few technical, mostly on managing aspect, which include records, electronic records, intro to database, online information search, library science, bibliography, metadata, etc.. So, is it possible for me to enter UiTM with my so-so result Do they look into our curriculum? this is because i dont involved with any activities back then, so i dont have any curriculum background quite interested in information management. this course okay or not? my result (i know its horrible) A- (BM) B (BI) B+ (PI) B (SEJ) B+ (PERDAGANGAN) C+ (SCI) C+ (TASAWWUR ISLAM) D (MATH) with your results, should be no problem to enter Diploma in Information Management.. http://fim.uitm.edu.my/index.php?option=co...id=68&Itemid=71 |

Greetings, students of UiTM
Sorry if it's inappropriate for me to ask here. I would like to seek advises from seniors from UiTM who've pursued/who're currently pursuing in Diploma of Mass Communication. I don't want to flood the thread here about discussing regarding my request for help, so I've opened a thread to discuss about it here - http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2305704 Hope there will be some of the members in this thread will keen enough to help me. Thanks much |

Just try your luck - buying the upu pin and register online. It doesn't matter much actually. UNLESS your result is THAT bad |

QUOTE(lifebites @ Apr 15 2012, 10:07 AM) If you want to apply for UiTM, just apply.. the only strict entrace are for medical/pharmacy courses and perhaps some engineering courses.. others, just apply..THAT BAD is if you got something like 2.00 cgpa.. If you get like 2.4-2.5 just apply.. chances that you will get a place in UiTM, but maybe at some courses that you don't apply.. Added on April 15, 2012, 2:13 pm if you're SPM leaver, just apply.. aku dulu SPM pangkat 2, 30 aggregate pon boleh masuk ITM (time tu masih ITM).. as long as you don't fail the "core paper" for min requirement, just apply.. That BAD could mean you fail in SPM core paper.. This post has been edited by fenzodahl512: Apr 15 2012, 02:14 PM |

QUOTE(hfz @ May 7 2012, 04:24 PM) Greetings all, Hello. I was offered to study there too - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.I just checked my UPU result, and I've been offered to further my studies in UiTM - Diploma in Mass Comm/Communciation and Media! So, I would like to know, what should and shouldn't I do before I begin my studies in UiTM soon? Any advices to share? Thanks Made my mind to study there, dont want to gamble my future if I go for matric. I found this site while applying for UPU last time, bookmarked for future reference - here See you there on 3rd June. One more thing. Dear Seniors, I've read so many complaints regarding this Uni - many rempits, racists (100% quota for Bumi), dropout UTM can get Dean award easily here, UiTM graduate hardly employed by chinese company. This uni aint that bad and it's just some students from other Uni being sceptical/look down on us, am I right? |

Heck I never thought about the accreditation of both Uni That's why I feeling down when I was offered UiTM today. Thanks for the heads up, bro. Now, Im eager to continue my study there p/s: Uniten fee is expensive. Im grateful that I've the opportunity to study at UiTM. |
