Normally i boil the water till boiling, put in maggie, stir stir after 2 minute take out (yes with timer), Shut the fire, stir stir abit, take out and put in a bowl, put in flavour. Then pour in hot water from a hot water storage. Stir stir then can eat liao. om nom nom nom

Instant noodles have low nutritional value(it only makes you feel full due to carbohydrates in the noodles), not worth eating empty calories.
Also when you eat out, restaurants use lots of msg that they mix in during cooking, so best is buy fresh stuff and cook. |
