sad news boys, my xps have been pushed back to 12/2 coz of parts shortage. lolz.

maybe can put my name on the list? make a waiting list.

mine is Studio XPS 1647,the default config, only upgrade is 9cell batt.

haha...this model so hot (is popular, not temperature haha)!! always part shortage...i bought my lappy also no use, always put it there sleeping..only use it when i go oversea soon lol..hope everything is ok, not yet push it to maximum yet

btw, i feel that after 6 hrs of usage, the wrist rest area there starts to feel warm... including the bottom part of the laptop...
im using it on a wooden table, with a ceiling fan on top. =p
didnt run any heavy duty programs tho...

Hey guys. I am XPS 1647 user.

Anyone of you having issues when pressing "M" button?

I feel I have to press a bit harder, or else the computer wont register me pressing that letter.

Should I complain to Dell, since I got the laptop just a week ago.

No one knows for sure when or if Dell is going to refresh their GPU line up
