yeah, i go for windows 7 home premium 32bit instead of 64bit..

and i found out something really weird.. i cant activate my windows using the product key given under the notebook.. tmr gotta call dell and ask what causes that..

my guess is that is a 64bit product key, so cannot use under 32bit windows..

I thought the base model for RM2999 comes with 64 bit? Just double check in dell website. Didn't see any option to downgrade to 32 bit rclxub.gif

Hi Guys, just got my unit (XPS 16) yesterday. Very happy with it.

However, after tweaking for about 2 hours, I noticed that the AC Power Adapter was REALLY hot. ohmy.gif

Is this normal?

How do you guys keep it cool?

I'm planning to use a desk fan to blow at it while I'm using my new lappie.
