mostly all the wira above year 2000 is fuel injection d ...
yr 2000 to 2002 is MMC (Mitsubishi vdo)
yr 2002+ is SVDO (Siemens vdo)

1. There will be a throttle body (TB)
2. Spark cables are at the front
3. Airbox at the side

yes, ur wira would most probably be SVDO, its the ECU that controls ur engine (does all the maths work such as fuel-air ratio,etc)

that not my engine bay le, got it from previous version of wira club thread... i think the red box is for the hydrofuel system or water-injection gua .. not sure ... once upon a time my engine was as clean as that, but now buka bonnet also shake head jor ... lolx

i am using the 'pro' brand s-flow muffler ... so far so good and yes its abit noisy ... not too extreme, but still got sound so its ok for me ...
quality wise i think its not bad lo ...

refer to sifu cata's picture ... thats s-flow muffler .... straight flow muffler will be 1 pipe straight out (exhaust goes straight line out unlike s-flow which have 2 pipes and exhaust need pass through the inside 'fiber' part ...

err .. something like that ... the muffler chamber will still contain pressure thus helps alot in an auto car ...
straight flow is for manual ... s-flow is universal both manual and auto

errr ... window bracket u mean is the rubber? ... maybe the rubber harden jor then hard to close gua ... not sure ...

mushroom head ... should mean Open-Pod Air Filter jor lo ... better air flow thus eat petrol more, another thing is u better make a heatshield for it if not it will be suck in hot air from ur engine ... to me there is no such thing as suitable for 1.6 bla bla, etc, its the same and wat matters is ur right foot ...

i am not sure about this last badge wira ... as far as i know, wira above 2001 is svdo and uses the same system ... all stock cars doesnt need high end plugs unless u have modded ur engine or transplanted a high compression engine ...
plug cable wise, use back OEM the best ... if ur car got misfiring, fix it quick .. don delay like me till now my ignition coil got problem ..

where is ur location? ... if u got money and willing to spend, go to 'powerzone' at shah alam, they did research and got good product ... or if u wan budgetted stuff like cap ayam one, i can recommend u ... decision is up to u ...

if ur muffler can still be used then keep it ... change extractor and take out the catcon .. others no need touch unless got problem ...

hard to explain ... sudden jerk at some range of rpm or similar ... lol

i dont think it will happen during cold starts ... cold start jerking symptoms are caused by other stuff ... maybe ur tuning out d, maybe ur air intake got problem clogged or something ... or maybe ur battery getting weak thus unable to produce a full spark to ignite the engine ...

if its outside that is wet then i don think so ... misfiring happens in ur combustion chamber ....

LCP helps in providing a faster climb in rpm thus allowing ur car to rev up faster ... a downside is that the rev goes down faster also ... can say as better pick up and response ...
about exhaust system .. i suggest u read this thread ... good information provided so u can make ur own decision ..

i don think its ur engine ... it going up hill and feel no power, it might be ur gearbox not ur engine ...

minimum would be 1.5k ... see how much u get the gearbox ... if wan back auto, i think 4g92 and 4g91 got 4 gear auto ...
