2 hours on intel sad.gif
My s42 is about a year old. But i hardly use the battery (normally just bring charger only).
but i've been charging it once a week to keep it from degrading.

That's quite low sweat.gif
With full brightness or?
wifi on + browsing or just reading documents?

Tried using it to 0% and charge it back to 100% and see how?

Well, nothing much can be done to prevent it from degrading...

Should be easily reach 3 hours, though depends on the battery capacity as well...

but i thought that discharging the battery is the better way to store a battery instead of keeping it charged?

Oh crap. now i've a bigger problem. I cant change back to my NVIDIA GPU. Fn + F10 or clicking that green icon thing doesnt work. It's still stuck in the intel GMA

oh well, i went back to Nautis's drivers.

Hey guys can i check one more thing? for those using the S42, under increased performance mode, does your intel GPU show alongside with the Nvidia one in device manager? Or does it just show the Nvidia one?

cause both are turned on in mine

Something to do with their mobo, well a lot of S57 owners face this problem before, just send over to Service Center and all will be done nod.gif....

@assmonkey
Under High Performance (as well as if you on nVidia card) it will show both...if you off the nVidia and only the Intel card is on then its only show Intel GPU nod.gif

@kabadi: it seems like a few s57 user suffer this problem before..u'll have to send your s57 back to service centre

@assmonkey: i think your case should be both card running..much like one of the first hybrid graphic driver that DoX made last time, will only cause nvidia card to run extremely low clock, will not disable it
