same PSP 3k. the last digit is region.

Hello guys, i have a problem.:
i got a psp 3000 and i shut it off accidently.b4 dis, it is running cfw 5.03gen-c.
after that, i formatted it and install cfw 5.03mhu. i tried to changed it to 5.03gen-c back because the mhu doesnt suits me.. the prob is when i run 5.03gen-c enabler and restart..on the system information still show 5.03mhu. does anyone know how to solve dis?

Actually... I wan ask one question about the memory card... Whats the different between the purple colour sandisk 8gb with the green colour card sandisk also 8gb? Got difference in performance and durability wise? Thanks

Guys i need to ask a few questions here:

1) i have a phat psp with 5.50 gen D (full). is that the most recent cfw? my psp hang at the loading screen whenever Im trying to play Assasins Creed. and i got an game not loaded error whener try to play army of two.

2) Is it safe to charge the phat psp all night long?

guy, can i just check out something with you all regarding the battery life for the psp3k. My average battery life is about 3-4 hours, which i think is quite little, considering the battery life should be about 4-6 hours. Anyone have a comment on this? Furthermore, i was hoping that someone could answer the following questions :

1. my psp is always in standby mode. how much battery does the psp consume when in standby mode?

2. will putting ur psp into standby mode decrease your battery life: ie used to be able to play 6 hours on a full charge but only getting 4 hours now on a full charge.

3. i didnt charge my battery for approx. 8 hours upon getting my psp. will this spoil my battery?

4. will running more graphic intensive games such as GOW compared to less graphic intensive games such patapon consume more battery life?

oh, and btw, i play my psp using earphones.

1. i read sumwhere it drains only 0.1% of ur batt. dunno if its true or not.
2. since standby still drains battery, tho small, will affect ur battery lifespan
3. psp battery is li-ion, which means constant charging is good for it. never drain ur battery to no bar, since it will spoil ur battery. u can google up l-ion batt.
4. yup. check ur cpu speed too.

bro, i suggest that you try calling up some game shops to ask them the price for the psp. well, that's what i did la i know market price for new psp 3k is around 800ish? i got mine from playtime electronics in bangsar a few weeks ago, got it for RM 850. a bit pricey, but its convenient for me. It sure can't beat the much lower prices from the game shops in sungai wang, but hey, that's the price you gotta pay for the little bit in convenience. if ur getting ur psp, i recommend that you get it from a reputable shop. price a bit higher nvm, but you can be sure that they dont cheat you on the items. imho

yup. i do agree with u. prefer to get original one. i dont mind if cannot crack or chickhen or what ever u guys call it. not playing like other serious gamer. jut for fun. mybe 2-3 UMDs will do for me
