@hoongfai What shipping method did you use? the 6.95 or 11.85/12.95.
RM store is managed by kitbag. So if you choosed the cheaper shipping which is 6.95 then you wont get any tracking number as it is send by standard royal airmail. If you choosed the express shipping you can find the tracking number in you profile on the website. There is no need to email them for the tracking number. Its either you have it or you dont.

I use express shipping one,i just call to kitbig c/s helpline they say to me my shipping is havent deliver,

dude i used express shipping for my pre-order of england away jerseys, i ordered on the 24th february, until now no tracking number has been given to me, in my profile at kitbag website, it shows like below



i have called kitbag 2 times, and emailed them few times, and the replies from both email and call are the same,
they could not find my tracking number in their system, i clearly stated that i chose to use express shipping, the 11.85pounds,
they said if my parcel does not arrive by this thursday, 11th of march, call them back and they will refund,



maybe i am just unlucky, or maybe they accidentally used normal shipping for my order?

@afiqkhairi : well what if u get the refund and also the jersey reaches u later using normal postage? dont forget to belanja aa
