as my observation, once we unplug by mass storage method, the easiest affected appl is widget, either appear 2nd icon with same widget or 2nd icon but when we click on it, it is actually another widget
*
I think XM mention before that all those WIDGET HAVE TO BE INSTALL INTO C: & NOT E:...
can that be the widget actually always active in the background or the os actually keep monitoring on it although it's not running?? hmm.gif

something i've encounter just now when i saja saja wanna know what class is my sd card...

1. power off the phone (battery still attach)
2. unplug and take out the sd card
3. plug back the sd card
4. start up the phone then >>>> Hang at the NOKIA word... hmm.gif
5. remove battery and wait for 5 mins
6. plug back battery and start up the phone >>>> still Hang at the NOKIA word....
7. remove battery (no waiting), unplug sd card, start phone >>>> can start, straight plugin the sd card after the hand shake...
8. wall paper switch back to default... check all apps still around and everything still intact...
9. reboot the phone... able to start up normally
10. reboot a few more time... startup without any error...

from the incident, i suspect although we power off the phone, it seem like something still running somewhere... hmm.gif

yup, i suspect the battery still supplies electric charger to the phone circuit board even after the power off, true?  nod.gif

as this, even  wen u power off the device and eject the memory card manually, the phone detects are "forced pull out" for the memory card, as we do encounter in computers "plug out hard drisk when the computer is running" ..  nod.gif
*
jeezzzz... why the designer make the mem card handling soo complicated ah... blink.gif

err.. the original is 1320mah, but since my original battery can only last less than a day with heavy usage (online only - using opera, and occasional youtube. no music, no wifi) how long do you think your battery will last after full charge with the same usage?
*
Actually this is very subjective question sweat.gif
Because it's depends on your usage. But confirm the sun global battery can last longer than the original battery. I try to ask my customer who bought this battery for 5800 then i will share their feedback over here.
*
wait for u feedback... i just wonder why they able to squize extar 400+ mAH out of the same volume of meterial...
battery capasity is all about the total mass u have within those batt pack.... hmm.gif

sure... thanks for the "sacrifice" u make tongue.gif

some maemo web site mention about the missing of SOC (state of charge) circuitry on the batt pack... hmm.gif

the sun global team seem origin from malaysia and they having multiple promotion these few years, but what I really interested is the actual capasity of the battery and of coz safety too... if only got warranty is still not good enuf lah.. nanti terbakar the whole house (not to mention lost life) they bayar u with a replacement battery only what use then whistling.gif

hehe, dekat rumah I also have their official branch leh... BJ Kompleks.... rclxms.gif

1 year warranty on batt.... if seriously malang tidak berbau( tahap super dewa ), we dapat the faulty set, the whole hse got burn, den i dun think that 1 year warranty 1-1 exchange for the batt is worth it lo
haha

but in my opinion, i think worth a try folks...

No la. If that easy meletup do you think sun global dare to offer 1 year warranty for their battery? fonemax product of hong kong also only offer half year warranty for that only. I think they have been tested and prove that their quality is ensure before they dare to offer 1 year warranty.
*
itu warranty for rosak lah... meletup lain cerita because it's consider a outlier case... brows.gif
something can be very durable but when we face a outlier some extream situation also can happen... doh.gif
but i really curious on how they able to squeeze in those extra charge into the same space (if they not removing any of those protection circuitry to gain more space) hmm.gif

is user sendiri cari pasal lah, ppl give warranty 1 year, after 1 years user should change the part although no failure to ensure safety wakakaka

yup.. that's the good point... because we dealing with dangerous material here... hmm.gif

but some good news for future battery:

QUOTE
In November 2009, engineers at the University of Dayton Research Institute developed the world's first solid-state, rechargeable lithium air battery which was designed to address the fire and explosion risk of other lithium rechargeable batteries and make way for development of large-size lithium rechargeables for a number of industry applications, including hybrid and electric cars.[72]
