Yeah that's my main reason for not getting any bulky phone esp those android 7 winmo (Althoughthere are few smaller Winmo..but most of those...pricey & camera very bad wan) ..3.2 screen just nice...3.7 to big liao

Just found out that skype available liao for symbian but the bad news is..only for Nokia..haizzz

Skype good if u need to call oversea for eg confirm & booking oversea hotels. (I still hv ~ US$6 credit inside...that still availble inside since 2007 haha..Only those application that you can't download from any synbian freeware sites, u can't load it bcos those softwares (require you either using Nokia Ovimaps loader (proprietary) & also skype- require you to goto their website to verify & download -failed.

Me-lah. Well after almost a week wth this phone, I'm pretty much luv it liao..The touch screen is actually better than Nokia 5800. however I dun think still comparable to ifon web-browsing & photo viewing-lah.

From my limited knowledge on ifon, this Vivaz is better interm of:

1) GPS applications (Garmin & other data trackers for jogging, sports)
2) 8.1mp camera wth superior HD video recording which is better than my own Panasonic TZ15 - video.
3) Size - really small & cute comapring to the brix size ifon
4) Touchscreen better than Nokia N97/5800 for sure. probably almost there compare to ifon..which is more superior interm of u can web edit & copy & paste your website contents, photo zoom-in & moving from locations. These are the 2 features in iofon really diff from others probably)

5) Cheaper than ifon for sure..

At 720mhz processor, 8.1mp camera & HD 720p video recording & playback....This is the current winner on same class liao...

icic...how much did u bought it? thinkin of having 1 too ><

5800 n X6 hardware n software almost the same, but y 5800 can multitouch but x6 cant ?

so i assume Vivaz cant also rite ?


AP = 1250-1300

Ori = 1650-1700

the AP set is really value for money i think

Too bad i don plan to change phone, just survey for my fren

Not sure what u mean by multitouch. I ahven't try X6 so no comment on the touch screen,,It sure hv the ifon 7 latest HTC capadive screen which won't work wth stylus except finger as what I know. But if u mean multi opening of programmes no problem what..I can run 3 GPS programmes simultaneously wth Garmin, Race Chrono & Velox. No prob. But the "Symbol" bugs on Garmin on all S60 R5 still there. No cure!

U try opening the 3 programmes in Winmo & see whetyher working or not - Sure faile wan,,

no no, not multitasking, multitouch means can use 2 finger to zoom in or out, or do other things

Nokia 5800 can do those thingy meh? I dun even realise it...2 finger tocuhing just like ifon..I dun thisk so..This is what ifon winrara..here..haha.

Anyway at RM1250..really good buy liao..

That 2 fingers thigy hv to respect ifon liao..haha...even winmo & android also kenot.

Hmnnn Interesting I din know somewan developed this ifon thingy liao ...Anyway it's a 3rd party Symbian S60 R5 software so it SHOULD works on all symbian S60 R5 including Vivaz, 5800, N97 & X6 liao.......OK after abit of googling I managed to get the exact developer site......It stated....COMING SOON...& probably not a freeware!! .
