So with the Alphard gone, I took the Audi A4 instead. The car has been abused over the years, daily drive feels clunky and heavy. It didn't feel right.
Elton is a God sent. There's probably not an engine in the world he cannot work with. He told me it was his first time doing an A4 TFSI engine and may need more time to crack his head. When he took out the engine bay cover, I saw a complex network of metal tubes. I truly thought Elton wouldn't be able to do it, but less than 3 minutes he was like "Yup, no problem". And started working on it.
The overall process took approximately 15minutes (just a guess) with 2 bottles of Threebond.
And good gracious me, the result is significant. I can feel the engine coming back to life and it doesn't want to be controlled. There were too many times I didnt realise how fast I was going on my way back on the highway. The whole driving just feels right. Previously, the A4 would vibrate quite noticeably on idle that I truly felt it was going to break down anytime. But now, I can have a peace of mind.
Thanks Elton for the great product! I'll be coming back soon with the Alphard.
