what about installing grounding cables and a or 2 voltage stabilizers, waja sure gain from this things as a start off. then performance camshaft, airfilter, extractor, then better brake pads, then LCP, ecu reprogramming, clean the throttle body-use 3bond. haha ride then sure improve.

QUOTE(WhitE LighteR @ Mar 31 2010, 05:49 PM) grounding cables n vs to me is like placebo effect oni well you pay what u get for. his budget reaching 3k, sure can afford. haha gc and vs not much gain but gives better throttle respond and smoother ride, anyone who did it, knows it. unless he can raise more of his budget, then go for engine rebuilt. |

this one sure boh.... stick n improve HP? lols... Maybe it does work but the effect i wont think it do much! Technical explanation, It says that stick on the plug coil would improve certain performance, well maybe i agree on that but not all coz the sticker might act as a EMF shield to protect further flux energy loss and its theory also apply to the sticker that stick on the plug cable! The same thing can be done if we stick metal to it coz it act the same! The picture shows it increase bout 8hp which is from 77 to 85 still remain mystery to me. Anyway im not falling into that as im a technical engineer that will always looks for answer for every product! Sorry if there is any offence to anyone, it just a community sharing feedback... No harm, The truth is out there! |

QUOTE(jolipoli81 @ Mar 31 2010, 12:46 PM) i saw some dude in cps thread had it installed, he says that it wont help in minimizing the braking distance, but it only helps the times of braking needed, in short, it is just for 'show' he claim, im not so sure though... i thought i posted it earlier. to minimize / shortened the brake distance, you need a bigger disc with more amount of caliper;ie; twin pot caliper will bite more effective than those single pot. and 4 pots definitely better than twin. cross drilled / slotted standard disc will only help in minimizing the fade rate during frequent braking. and it need to be pair with performance brake pad for optimum result too. i've had enough on on single disc brake system. after upgrading to twin pot, i've had no worries even when the driver in front suddenly brake for no apparent reason btw, make sure the tires is good too. at least a reputable brand of UHP class with AA traction rating QUOTE(nayte @ Mar 31 2010, 09:19 PM) haha just skimmed disc rotor, changed brake pads. and flushed brake fluid. fuuuh now bite kao kao. always ter lock the brakes cos now the pedal damn sensitive. haha! those ceremic pads really worth the money. you got it right bro QUOTE(jolipoli81 @ Mar 31 2010, 09:35 PM) yeah, who would be a douche enough to actually believe on that, no offence i thought the sticker act more like an emf shield? but if it is really working, it would be all over the news now any waja owner willing to try and give us a feedback? imagine if the whole car is full of sticker? will it be flying? |
