I am using DiGi, so far didn't find any problem with the signal.
Can receive and initiate call as normal.

hmm... sometimes the signal logo will change from "3G" to "E", but i think that's because of coverage area.
So far don't have any problem with data connection and call.

comparing n1 with an iphone 3gs, application wise n1 is still lacking far behind cuz i believe itunes store has over 100k+ apps and android market only about 20k+... Speed wise i would say n1 win hands down, especially so if you root and flashed after market rom into ur n1. entertainment i would say the quality of movies on n1 is very good. you have to see to believe. =) The only complain i have with n1 is the speaker is on the soft side. I'm saying this because my previous touch hd, after installing the audio boost it's so darn loud that it annoyed alot of people. So i hope someone from the n1 community will program something like that to our beloved n1.

And one last note, you wont regret getting one if you know what your doing. =) of course that takes a fair bit of research if you are coming from a diff platform and android is new to you.

Don't really recommend IS Shield. I did a lot of survey on it and considered to buy..but i saw a lot of complains regarding IS Shield collecting a lot of dust and becomes more and more irritating as you use longer

The stock pounch or the EPIK case just work fine. Just my 2 cents thou

I kinda agree with you on that, it does gets annoying looking at the dusts and it sure is irritating, but the reason why i chose IS is because i love the beauty about our n1 and i try to preserve that image without any case. Also i hate using the pouch but it does a good job cleaning the fingerprints and dust off.

Look my friend. We here are really sick of the war between iPhone and Nexus One. I tell you really honestly, Nexus One kicks the butt out of iPhone - because we say so and we are Androiders smile.gif If you go to iPhone phonatics, they will bang Nexus One back on its forehead. But here's the thing my friend. You dare to change? You dare to experience something new? You dare to listen to this small little happy crowd? or you can go with the still majority iPhone users smile.gif I assure you, so far anyone who has switched to Android has not gone back to iPhone yet. In fact, I dare to say, as long as I have been here on Android board, I have NEVER heard anyone say "I miss this feature from iPhone which Android doesn't have". That means, with a puny market, we can do everything we want and stand head to head with iPhone.

Hi everyone,

I saw in the Mobile World magazine that you can get Nexus One direct from the US via vsHub. www.vshub.com
I may get one myself. Nokia N900 or Nexus One? Thanks.

obviously Nexus One. while N900 is still a very good phone, Nexus One is miles ahead of it.. if u read reviews u'll notice few things that Nokia miss to make N900 a real competitor to other great phones.

and Shahz, not to complicate things, but as ex-iPhone user, i still miss iPhone solidness and simplicity. u're rite, i'm not going to leave android (or Nexus one) for iPhone but I seriously wish I have both! haha.

but i cant deny the fact. i love my Nexus One now more than I loved my 3GS last time..

Hello there. Is someone here using DiGi on N1? I a DiGi user and i feels annoying when most of the time i got smses mentioned that i receive missed call.. very bad reception la. Is it DiGi or this phone it self. FYI, i wont feel a problem when using maxis. Anyone?
*
hello, i'm using digi 3g, the 3g connection is not that great, but miss calls because of line connection, i dont think i have that.

did you set the phone settings to "WCDMA only" ? this could be the issue, as most of the time i get no 3G connections.
its better to leave it at "WCDMA preferred"

Very nice said indeed. Tried iPhone OS for nearly 1 year + and going for Android now. Now I just need the time to get familiarized with Android app. Only time will tell. The release of Nexus One might also urge Apple to release their next iPhone, probably a complete redesigned of the exterior design. Others might see it as competition, I see it as a huge opportunity for us (consumer) as we will have better array of choice, provided you got the $$.
