Internet line ok or not?

I dont know if this will work for u, I had similiar problem last time on my bold, later on i found out it was due to the PC prob. I tried on another pc and Wollah!! Done deal.

U might want to give it a shot on another pc.

Ya, internet connection speed plays a major role too

Slow connection will also might ended up bricking up our BlackBerry when updating..

yup its the batt problem, its the same as other phone method, must fully charge our device then can update propely

Battery problem? I thought when you plug into USB it will charged..

during updating no sign of charging shown bro, it says to me batt dead need to recharge hhuhuhuh.....so its confirmed must charge the batt before firmware updating
