2.08.50.08_2 + 2.10 ROM = OK
2.08.50.08_2 + 1.66 ROM = noise

Now using 2.09 + 1.66 ROM = delightful

The 2.08.50.08_2 is not the Radio that enables 576MB RAM Hack right? It should be the variant with 51 in it. Am I right?

You are right. Dutty v1.6 ROM enabled 576MB and it came with a Radio. I can't recall which Radio but definitely not 2.08. I am away from my PC until Friday so I can't check. Dutty v1.6 ROM is no longer available for download now. I have requests from others for this ROM but are unable to upload as it exceed 100MB.

Most probably you are using BsB Tweak. Version 1.6 has a very good No Data feature, no data will get thru if enabled.

I don't have MoDaCo. No Data in BsB Tweak is a VERY SIMPLE feature; Data On or Off that is all!
You should consider BsB Tweak, it is the easiest way to tweak your HD2.

Downloading and installing both CABs below (to internal memory!)
- Running '.Net Configuration' from your Start Menu
- Navigating to the 'Device Policy' tab and selecting version 3.5
- Selecting 'Apply' then 'OK'

* netcfcfg.cab
* NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.cab

I installed in my HD2, now i can run any apps acquire NetCF 2.0/3.5...enjoy it!

I am not sure you really need to install NETCF configuration for HD2. It is necessary for the older model phone. Skip this cab and install NETCF3.5 and if does not allow you to install BSB Tweak then you have to install. The cab will allow you to configure to use 3.5 or 2.0 NETCF as default.
