you just need to glance through some international forums and chances are you'll see them moaning about it the same way malaysians do.

Generally JP games are lot pricier than US/Asian games (EU being the worst in pricing, but hey their price drop also very fast), so those who can't have to pay the price.

actually here, the thinking is, as long as u buy it is legit. even if u buy pirated. that's why it is hard to mold.

even speedy n legit video shops selling pirated anime disguise with kdn stickers...how common ppl gonna differentiate? it's not like every ppl out there is updated with these things from the net.

most just buy it for their kids n not for themselves. as in the case for psp, gba, ps2, wii n 360. n some is from high level positions in their jobs too.

you need to spend more time with them.

It's like saying "the whole nation is drug addicts" when you just visit the rehab center of a country

Buying 2nd hand games, release credit / money back to the 1st hand buyer,
and it can use the money to invest back into games.

Having a healthy 2nd hand market also ensure buyers that they can always unload their finished games,
hence encourage more games consumption.

actually in malaysia, the ori group are the addicts coz it's the minority

The fact that they stop pursuing GameStop and other 2nd hand resellers in US
shows that they understand this economic logic.

no way to stop second hand sales what. even if shops dont support it. people will just sell online like we do everyday here at LYN. huhu. doing what developers/manufacturers tell you to do so they can make more money is dumb.
