It looks unique, but not really stunning....I still think that mk seni, mk10 are still the best looking at this area...just simply classic....

went for viewing last month, the units facing the highway i c also pening kepala. but the design is quite nice. the leaf icon on top is quite cute. very expensive psf.

share what? i was looking at the cheapest unit on offer, 1.2 or 1.3m i think for 11xx sft one bedroom (something like that) only units shown to me were facing the highway (DUKE?) the units were nicely fitted , big units. walking around the common areas th lobby, office (i thnk in future will be management office or club house rooms) are quite luxurious. in the unit itself if windows shut cannot hear the highway noise, but windows must be closed. i remember the car park ramps are narrow. SA told me rental got hit 5k for one bedder, saw some gwailou already staying suntanning on the pool deck. from the pool can hear highway noise.

but all in, for this psf i can get better deal elsewhere in MK. for own stay i won't choose this either since the front of the condo facing HTC and a elevated portion of jln dutamas. view of matrade building isn't great since i dislike the ugly matrade building. facing highway bising. i still choose old condo on JK1 or kiaramas ayuria up the hill, nearer to sri hartamas & 1MK, which is my favourite place to chill out

the positive drivers for this development will be kl metropolis and circle line MRT, must hold for 10 years.
