I love this architecture and concept. its no doubt unique but beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder though. to me, it looks kinda messy n reminds me of the hanging gardens of babylon...haha

my estimation is 1mil + judging from its unique concept + location,,,, even tropicana grande in tropicana that could not compare to this in terms of looks are fetching 1.5 mil the minimum.
but trop grande's smallest unit is of 2700sqf
