it was always about 1k plus psf haha..
any mahsing insiders here care to share why is it so overpriced compared to other MS projects that are already overpriced.

yeah agree its awesome in so many different ways.. and the building design changed 2/3 times thats why the brochure looks different.

yes exposed carparks only suitable for medium cost condos.. Seni memang nice but don't fancy the units close to the highway..
