tihs the first building i see that connects architecture value to the future.. it comes with a price of course. despite many critic speculators on this, i think its aesthatic will attract buyers. poor fags will say "who would spend 1mil+ on this" , "i rather get xxxx" have no idea how little 1 mil is to big investors nowadays.. if i have the money i dont mind getting it as a weekend/foreign home too

i think the hartamas regency is undervalue la....only around 400-500psf......quite good location..walking distance to solaris MK and dutamas......
