tihs the first building i see that connects architecture value to the future.. it comes with a price of course. despite many critic speculators on this, i think its aesthatic will attract buyers. poor fags will say "who would spend 1mil+ on this" , "i rather get xxxx" have no idea how little 1 mil is to big investors nowadays.. if i have the money i dont mind getting it as a weekend/foreign home too sad.gif

i think the hartamas regency is undervalue la....only around 400-500psf......quite good location..walking distance to solaris MK and dutamas......

KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd has secured a RM220.8mil bulk sale of 96 units of serviced residences in Icon Residence Mont Kiara, at an average pricing of RM1,200 per square foot.

The units were taken up by an established Chinese corporation that would undertake the construction of buildings and external works of the entire project in return for the 96 selected units, Mah Sing said in a statement today.

If your product is good, you don't even need bulk sell to you contractor. This is like back to old age system, Barter System...Well, when come to Barter system, you can call any price but no money involve. You can sell 1200psf, 1500psf, 2000psf...but another party i.e. Chinese contractor will jack up the cost also...


Someone dare not mention about this Chinese contractor name and I see it as a marketing gimmick...

Agree with you. Its could also look like "left pocket to right pocket" trick. MS sets up a company in China via proxy. Sells the bulk to this company for a paper gain of xxx amount. Then bring this up as news saying that whoa..MK project can sell at a premium price! Tis is also quite evident when the china co is also asking MS to help sell their units!...
