Untill now the best review among my customer is coffee la,but some of my customer not suitable to take coffee,so they take cocoa also losing weight now.

For coffee taste will more bitter a bit compare to nescafe.Cocoa like hot chocolate,the taste is nicer.

Nope.the cocoa/coffee will not let you running for toilet.It will suppress your appetite while increase your metabolism to burn your fats.So normally you will sweat + thirsty.

i started drinking the cocoa one yesterday, dont feel anything..
today i tried the green coffee after 3 hours i feel abit nausea.. i keep drinking water haha hope will feel better later or probably coz im hungry need to eat lunch soon

1st time drinking so much water in a day, usually only drink bout 800ml the most.. which is probably good ^^

Sorry for the late reply ... I receive the items on the same day I paid - thumbs up for fast service .

I tried the coffee ... not much taste at all ... but anyway I took 1 packet yesterday morning and did not feel hungry at lunch time and even up to dinner. I felt thirsty but not nausea like some ppl.
Me also first time drink so much water ... hehe

But one thing, had difficulty in sleeping at night .. maybe first time so I will see how it goes tonite ....
