Hi Joey, i started this coffee on sat (17/4) and I admitted this is really amazing. The next day I drop 1kg and a kg on the next day. It cut my appetite as I only can take half bowl of rice or mee. Unfortunately on the 3rd & 4th day my weight didnt drop its maintain. i do follow the instruction to drink more than 2L of water per day.
Pls adv or anybody opinion are welcome. |

after i read the post and comment by others i find tat i facing same situation wit agnenick.lolx i oso having constipate aftr drink for 1st 3 days. By tat time i no go toilet for 5days and make me frus abit kep wonder wad wad happened on me.i tink inside my body was heaty as well. Bt recently i drink more water than b4 tis....currently i m ok ady and i oso tke 2days for 1 sachet only without ur advise >.< haha So now i m nt facing consticipate problem anymore. |
