after i read the post and comment by others i find tat i facing same situation wit agnenick.lolx
i oso having constipate aftr drink for 1st 3 days.
By tat time i no go toilet for 5days and make me frus abit kep wonder wad wad happened on me.i tink inside my body was heaty as well.
Bt recently i drink more water than b4 tis....currently i m ok ady and i oso tke 2days for 1 sachet only without ur advise >.< haha
