i've read a few funny comments of the abyssus on qck+ and qck heavy.
seems it doesnt track well when you move the mouse vertically, but if you rotate the qck it works fine.
someone also tried it with puretrak talent, which is a cloth pad, also doesnt track properly.
but abyssus works fine on SS 5L, 9HD and 4D...
looks like no razer fans buying razer mats anymore?

anyway, now to wait for someone to send me abyssus to try on goliathus ...but its looking like abyssus doesnt like cloth pads.

it's true, the glow works only with UV lightning

it's a hybrid pad of hard-mat surface (smoothness) and cloth-mat base (comfort, softness)

well I don't think it's a known fact
it comes down to the principle of force and friction
rougher surface, press/holding your mouse harder...
*megasoma is slightly rougher than destructor

from today onwards, i will be ignoring almost all questions that can be answered via google...

anywayz, guys soft mat will not destroy mouse teflon feet.. mentioned it alot liaw and common sense can answer.. hehez

even rough mat like exact mat also wont la , some people are just too paranoid about losing their teflon feet n shit , no offense yeah but rough mat seem to have a bad effect on my wrist cause when you rest your hand above the mouse pad , the mousepad itself is hard surface so its not that comfortable and it makes my wrist reddish. anyone facing same situation with me? planning to change to a thicker mousepad.

The acidity from the cigarette would wear out the rubber even faster..
Prolonged exposure would kill the kb prematurely..

if u plug back and it works, then u rma also no use unless they can duplicate the prob.
for all u know, u rma then they say the kb no prob.

ure bloody wrong, mate. rough mousepad is a no-no.. i used to frequently change the teflon feet of my former Deathadder bcoz of this.

the hard pad does wear the feet down but not as much as the pad wears out...

When i was using exactmat...i changed surface 3 times within a yr...and didnt change my feet at all...
finally got sick and used cloth pads...

Though my eXactMat is a bit worn (the under layer of the pad, like got brackets is obvious when light reflects on the surface) . . i juz change the mousefeet and it does glide like a spanking new mouse . . weEEE
