Anyone using Megasoma can share the review?Sad,I think there is no new KB soon from Razer that I can get to team up with my Mamba.

I got sell so i gt the unit..
So, lemme help u la..
Zzz..

Megasoma is not worth buying for starters..
Its a mix variation of soft mat but the precision of hard mat..
It can glow bt unfortunately under UV only..
The surface is smooth like destructor..
But its more quiet if u use mamba on it la..
Destructor is a bot louder when glides with mamba..
And megasome does not wear ur mamba skates off coz its a soft mat lo..

megasoma really nid uv just can glow??
i tot off the light then it will glow ady...

cant, it needs uv cuz its like the one u see on money notes. u direct uv light to money, u can see lines. under dark cant see those lines on money xD

So there is no point for spending 180 on megasoma, its for the wan look cool people to buy? the casing for it looks very normal on the outside full black only cant see anything

U r smart too..
But no..
Megasoma dun wears out ur mamba skates unlike my destructor..
Heavy usage will prematurely kill ur mamba's kaki..

but if we use like goliathus kill kaki meh,

Soft mat wont kill kaki lo..
And also coz of the common knowledge that hard mats wear down kaki..
But for me, my mamba kaki still nice so who cares..
By the tyme rosak, warranty finish so can throw and buy Razer Hellkeeper liao..

Today I've bought my 1st Razer keyboard, the Lycosa. I was actually looking for Microsoft X6 Sidewinder keyboard but it's sold out, so I bought this instead. I've check the google for user feedback of this keyboard. One particular comment complaints that the rubber lost its coating after a few month of using. Well I'm kinda worried coz I have sweaty hands, so I'm wondering, what about you guys? Is the key durable enough? Other than that I'm pretty satisfied with this keyboard.

I dislike rubber coz it wil get sticky after sum time..
Which explains y i use the mirror edition for bettr and glossier look..
Te kb is durable bt the keys r not lo..

megasoma are for those ppl who like hard mat, but feel troublesome everytime transporting a proper hard mat.
at least with megasoma it feels like a hard mat, but u can roll it up so easier to transport when u go lan etc.

Well that sucks, sticky+sweaty hand. I think I'll give it a try for a few weeks. Other than that, this is an awesome keyboard yo

I have a friend who's been using a Lycosa since it was released in Malaysia. Still in tip-top condition and no rubber peeling issues as far as I can tell and because of that, I got one myself last month =)

Hopefully ur lycosa stays tip top then..

Yeah,If wanna use hard mats and dun wanna kill mamba,can buy the "kaki sticker"and change it time to time.Megasoma is white in color...being dirty easily.

mind explain more on the smoker part??

Not really practical 2 stick stg to ur mamba's kaki..
Surely gt friction and wears down really bad 1..
Megasoma is indeed white..
From my frenz unit, it seemed 2 be quite clean lol..

i've read a few funny comments of the abyssus on qck+ and qck heavy.
seems it doesnt track well when you move the mouse vertically, but if you rotate the qck it works fine.
someone also tried it with puretrak talent, which is a cloth pad, also doesnt track properly.
but abyssus works fine on SS 5L, 9HD and 4D...
looks like no razer fans buying razer mats anymore?

anyway, now to wait for someone to send me abyssus to try on goliathus ...but its looking like abyssus doesnt like cloth pads.
