QUOTE(Michaelbyz23 @ Jan 7 2010, 10:14 PM) if u can afford to buy mamba, i believe the mouse feet is nth to u just go and get a new mouse feet if urs wear off.... The sticker isn't it?Kaki mouse.Nvm,last time I used my Logitech G7 directly on my wooden table.Guess what, the 'kaki' become red(My table paint stick on it). After that I bought some sticker. But I dun think Malaysia easy to get the 'sticker' that can customize(cut into different size) to fit different mouse.

QUOTE(akachester @ Jan 8 2010, 09:03 AM) Guys, whats the main difference between the Kabuto & Goliathus (Smallest Size)? Been using the Salmosa with my laptop for a while now and it had been skipping quite bad without the use of mousepad on my table And by any chance you think the Razer Gamepad that was designed for Xbox360 can be used on the PC? isn't it just the same as normal xbox 360 gaming pad only? maybe just some slight modification in design

QUOTE(akachester @ Jan 8 2010, 01:19 PM) So, basically the difference is just the thickness? How about material? The price is alot of difference though since u already mentioned price, then wats stopping u getting the goliathus? and kabuto is obviously a pad / lcd protector when u close the laptop. u cant squeeze the goliathus between lcd and kb on a laptop.

Well, price aint exactly my stopping point. I dont mind spending extra if the Kabuto is really different from the Goliathus. I had the Goliathus Medium at home and none for my laptop. And when using it with my Salmosa, it jitters and skip quite badly. Have to resort to using conventional A4 paper mousepad at the moment. And since the selling point of the Kabuto was said to be portable, i am just wondering beside the thickness, is there any difference in material that makes the kabuto a step ahead of the Goliathus Thanks.

It jitters when used on my table (without any mousepad) for unknown reasons. When i use it on top of an A4 paper, its working fine. Alright. Gonna pay a visit then Thanks.

If thats the case, i am going to bug and them see whats their response Clean my goliathus? Not really. It still fine with a lil bit of dust Using it with the DB3G. Only the Salmosa is running without any mousepad

Maybe i should try it to see the problem. I just send a support ticket to Razer Zone. Hopefully they can answer me. And one thing, i am using it on my laptop with Ubuntu. I wonder could it be the OS that is causing it to jitter

btw, why do ppl use ubuntu? i myself havent had a need or desire to touch a unix/linux system for almost 10yrs now. once in a blue moon i would use knoppix just as a way to troubleshoot whether its a windows or hardware prob.

So, i could not foresee such weird case.. Then i withdraw my statement n add that certain OS cn cause jitters..

I had no choice My work needed my to use it. Programmer btw. So i had no choice but to use it on my laptop. Never really realise an OS can cause jitter. And yea, given the choice, i would stick back to Windows Probably i should mail razer support and ask them for a driver for Linux
