I am sorry,
but I have a question again. i just switch my DG50 plan to Smart Plan, i would like to know, if i do not have any contract, is it i also need to use at least 3 months? when i subscribe to smart plan, i found that it is really inconvenience for me. i cant receive call, and before this i think to tethering my phone as the modem, but my phone will become very hot, some more now have free facebook, unlimited internet on my phone look a bit useless, and i always take out the sim card and put into my usb modem. i think of migrate to digi prepaid if possible, because my montly bill are only RM30+, i can get RM0.12/min after RM1 hit. |

QUOTE(Darkmage12 @ Jun 4 2010, 09:30 AM) You mean existing users selling it? It's illegal. Later get converted into normal prepaid like those mentioned in the digi campus thread then wasted Big brother is watching!Added on June 4, 2010, 2:31 pm QUOTE(fruitie @ Jun 4 2010, 01:58 PM) How much? I also dunno how much $$$. DiGi will announce later. Like that iPhone pre-order punya style lah.I wanted to get the D-Link one and it costs RM 499. By the way, must sign up with DiGi Internet? Only can use with DiGi? Yep. You have to sign up with a digi plan. Else digi rugi-lor... they have to pay my peanut salary also mah. It can be used with other internet connections. It's not sim locked. This post has been edited by SweetPuff: Jun 4 2010, 02:31 PM |

And of course if you tether while on 3G, calls will still go through. Else the caller won't be able to get through.sweetpuff: tat thing is mifi ( mobile wifi) but if digi speed is only 700kps and u share it somemore.. wont it be slow? unless digi is planing to up its speed .. plus when will digi upgrade its 3g coverage in klang valley? Also, if you're just a home user, you're better off setting up a wireless router. The biggest plus for this device lies in mobility. Expand 3G coverage across klang valley. Granted, there's still a lot of areas that is not covered, but it ain't cheap to roll out the infrastructure, and DiGi don't have the financial clout of the other 2 bigger telcos. So, the best way to compete against them is in customer experience. So, we're a bit more careful about over expanding our resources and end up unable to support them. Hopefully with your continued support, we can continue to grow. QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Jun 4 2010, 12:44 PM) i hope it is below RM200,yet i am thinking whether want to buy a 3G WiFi router which costs RM169, i think now i am better to wait for the announcement of Digi mifi, see how is the price. |

no problemo. im afraid most phones will be hot when tethering cos i dont know thats not what their primary function is. anyways if your calls are at around rm30 why not use dg30?
if you dont have an internet extensive phone usage quite useless one if subscribe to internet unlimited .. |
