Well, in that case you probably need to clarify with CS. I didn't know supplementary plans are not eligible, reason being I have no supplementary lines. Well, inactive = cannot perform calls and SMSes (anything that involves credits deduction)
valid = the number still exists, people still can make call and send SMS to it.
After 90 days it will be inactive and invalid anymore, totally gone case.
