QUOTE(junbecks @ Jan 9 2010, 02:53 AM) i'm a bit skeptical about the 2nd one boiling water is to deionise and vaporize the chlorine and other gaseous chemical. it also kills any microorganism present. If see dirt, then must change water filter d. when you boil water, dirt cannot evaporate, only water does.so when you put the water in your ice trays, the dirt is still there. |

QUOTE(Charlottey @ Jan 11 2010, 08:57 AM) (to Kill) Cicak Men guide kill cicak? feed them to birds... Anyone try this before?????To remove ink from clothes : Put toothpaste on the ink spots generously and let it dry completely, then wash. the ink part, have to depend on the type of ink. Some can be removed by using toothpaste (ammonia), some with hair spray (denatured alcohol). depends on the type of ink, permanet marker ink: use toothpaste and repeat till it's completely washes out. If baru kena and the ink is still wet, use talcum powder to absorb and prevent the ink from spreading. then soak it and wash with detergent. Then only the toothpaste comes in. if ball point ink then can use denatured alcohol to wash it out gradually. Note: don't use too concentrated solution. it'll rosakkan your fabric. check your fabric too before taking advise on how to wash... This post has been edited by BlurSotong: Jan 11 2010, 03:16 PM |
