I really agree with you. Coz I need to bring myself down to that level to get some messages across. Nice and kind words just doesn't work sometimes. LOL!

They generally need time to get used to. They are especially shy because not much human contacts. Once hit certain cute age, they are shipped to pet shops by the loads. When they get used to you, they will show their real behavior. Each and everyone have their own unique behavior. That's the best part about this hobby. To know and understand your beloved pet.

Try Pets Wonderland. Last time I saw nice ones in 1 Utama outlet but they have since closed down that outlet. Maybe you can try Mid Valley or other outlets.

possible landslide and buried babies during rain. Bear in mind domesticated rabbits have instincts like their wild cousin but when kept as pets, I personally cannot see any benefits allowing them free range in a garden. I don't mind free range in the house though....

it is like:

wild ====> domesticated/tamed ====> wild.....

the only thing to worry about at home is the wires..besides that nothing much already...if the rabbit is well potty train i think is fine to free roam at home like my hyorin..i do keep her in cage when i'm sleeping or go out from the house

rambut gugur is their trademark! tongue.gif
my apartment is perpetually covered with rabbit fur all the time, and mind u, my rabbit is the short hair variety! doh.gif

the only thing i have to add is because they groom themselves and they have no ability to cough out furballs like cats do, ensure your rabbit has tons of hay in his diet to "flush" out and clean the digestive system. give him a good brush once in every few days as well, this will help with the loose fur.

i used to give my little boy some pineapple juice as well and have now moved on to papaya tablets [better not try all these yet, cos your buck is still very young].

well, welcome to the rabbit slave club! rclxms.gif

agreed totally rclxms.gif
it's wonderful to reach a stage that you understand your pet and your pet understands and trusts you. it's amazing to see a small tiny fragile creature get to the point where he/she trusts you unconditionally eventhough you're bigger, stronger and viewed in the past as a predator. i must admit, it blows my mind away wub.gif

oh i think i know what blue thingy u mean..
well i suggest u switch to the normal non chop hay and put into the hayrack.it's better for your bunny's gut too.if you are hanging the hayrack ouside the cage i dont think they can dig it out so easily...
