Thank God Dewwy is recovering.  I have been monitoring her and wipe her wet nose constantly since yesterday.  Luckily she still have appetite to eat.  This morning her nose seem quite dry already.  That's a good sign.

Hello friend I need some help. how you all groom ur rabbit? I mean how you all clean ur rabbits hair? must we use any special cleaner for their fur? I always use powder corn starch to clean their fur and how to clean their genital part? I have another problem too, my white rabbit got a lot of pee stain , even on their head also have sad.gif  how to remove the stain from their fur?
*
keep the hair at the genital part short...trim often...is your white rabbit a male?probably spraying pee until on it's head..mine mostly on the butt area but i trim often to keep it clean..

Thanks so much for the info..yeah my white rabbit is male...can i know how you trim ur rabbit...what are the tools that you use to trim them?
*
spraying from male rabbits is to mark their territory..can be helped if u neuter your rabbit..i use 2 types of brush to brush my rabbit coz has long wooly fur..and then i trim it short with blunt end hand scissors...must be very very carefull and if your rabbit dont like to be hold then it's very difficult...i will trance my rabbit and cut the genital part...so far no injury..those part are very sensitive so must only cut the fur if the rabbit is very calm..if it sturgle even a little might hurt your rabbit..so must be careful ya

me to, time for my bunny to be groomed.. but cant find any at my place..

guys, izit ok to mix more than one pellet? last time my bunny's pellet run out then i bought "show rabbit feed"..at 1st he refuse to eat mayb coz the smells a bit different from the previous pellets.. then i bought HAGEN pellet which the smells quite same as the old pellet.. on the 2nd day he already can eat the show rabbit feed.. can i mix the pellet and gv it to him?
*
stick to one type of pellet to prevent stomach upset

Added on June 13, 2010, 9:42 pmu have to introduce new pellets gradually so tat the rabbit can accept it well and also prevent shock from the sudden change

at first the girl who was grooming hector was insisting on it, but I am very stubborn so eventually she gave in  rclxms.gif . plus her "senior" was ok with my request. i'll rather not give hector a bath, cant bring myself to put him thru the trauma. rather have a happy and a bit smelly rabbit than a clean rabbit who is angry with me (my little friend is very good at merajuking when he doesnt get his way  wub.gif )

I always let go my bunnies play around my house yard from morning till evening except when nobody is home. In evening I will catch or lure them back to cage. But my bunnies dug a burrow hole few months ago, last when I checked, it isn't deep. So I just let them be.

Unexpectedly today 2 little bunnies popped up out of the burrow. I was like WTF! I don't even know one of my bunnies gave birth?. These little ones can even walk around already. Wow I'm quite amazed how these little ones survived even I keep their mom in cage at night. They are probably few or several days old already? Or maybe weeks old?

These little ones dont seem to cosume anything else except milk. Hmm...

now my bunny dont like to be outside anymore.
usually i take him play outside in the evening 5-7pm.
but yesterday he went into my house by himself.. i dont keep him in cage all day, the cage is just for him to poop and eat.. let the cage door open. izit ok? thinking oso to get him a fren
*
always keep your pets in cages when not attended...coz some might chew wires get stuck etc...but it's good to free roam if you are there..i also let my rabbit free roam...since i oni have 1 rabbit at home
