well it all depends on hector..sometimes they prefer to be alone and sometimes they prefer to have company..hector might be jealous at the begining and show territorial behaviour and might accept his new friend later..

i have a friend who's rabbit and good friends with guinea pig and another friend who's rabbit attck the gp even they were caged together at first..so..really cant tell until u have intro each other..u planning on getiing another bunny?steal from sangterap laaa

It has been quite a while didn't share my rabbits well being...... wub.gif  wub.gif  wub.gif  wub.gif  Mixed dwaft anggora, Zeena turn out to be so beautiful.  Those Teddy Bears fur are now so thick till cannot see their eyes.  Woody Toy (Pearly) still very small size, already 4 months+ old, as small as 1L tin paint.  wub.gif  wub.gif  Mini Lop are the most funny, really like pigglet, love to eat a lot.

Still have others which didn't take their picture.
your Dewey has a very innocent look...sweeeetttt

I'm back for today...hehehehe...

i dont recommend putting rabbits together in one cage..but some manage to stay together just fine..coz when they reach adulthood some will develop territorial behaviour and might hurt the weaker rabbit so it can dominate the place..i would say it's best for them to have their own individual cages like humans also need our own room for our own privacy..like myself i baby sit my fren's bunny last holiday when he was away and my rabbit just didnt like the other rabbit..she chased my friend's rabbit and start poo and pee everywhere to mark her territory.

u should search in pet store section i saw crazymouse_yyh has some bowls to sell as 2nd hand stuff u can get it super cheap and also drinking bottle..or u can get 2nd heavy bowl for the water also..

i think the cage should be at least double the size...do put wire mesh or toilet mats so it wont hurt it's feet.

cute rabbit u got there..so post up more pictures

according to the seller, the rabbit got another siblings..
i dowan to buy a pair from same parents coz afraid they will mate later haha..
or they will fight for territory once they hv grown up..
so myb i tink i shud buy only 1 coz i'm still new with rabbit..

if the rabbit edy toilet train shud i put bedding under the cage?
*
even if u have another rabbit i still advice u to seperate them and give them their own personal cages...my rabbit is a single rabbit and she's fine all by herself...she gets all the attention she wants from me and other family members..yes i have other pets but she's the oni rabbit...

i do put newspaper in the tray just in case accidents do happen...sometimes i find poop but she oni pee in the triangle toilet not other places..so it's good coz the pee is the one that smells

if adopt less than that any xtra precautions?
where do u guys buy them? pet shop or directly from farm?
*
most petshop get their rabbit from a real rabbitry, "farm" or backyard breeder...well u can actually tell from their quality..why not op for home breeders...i got my lovely fluffy white bunny at a affordable price..if u are not into a particular breed u can even take the local rabbits...they make lovely pets too so dont look down on them.

young rabbits need their mothers as they still need to suckle...if u take them away from the mummy too early they are forced to eat other rabbit food instead and with the digestion system not fully well develop they might not be able to digest the food properly..not only that the mother's milk contains a lot of antibody which will aid the baby's body immune system..and just like any other young kid their immune system is not fully develop as well and prone to infection by bacteria viruses u name it...what about psycological part...imagine a young rabbit who cant defend for itself is taken away from his/her home..wont it feel stress...and stress lead to bla bla bla...u know the rest
