Yeah? Awesome..! Thanks for sharing and being honest..
Not many are willing to share and discuss this openly.  wink.gif Oh, one more thing. I saw a pic of stuff filled in box that you received. Makeup stuff, are those from CGW? Everything's fine?
Tak pecah?

No, I mean, not the tax imposed by custom.. Tax by online merchant. Viadress said RL tax me for that online purchase.
Any idea why?

I know for sure Oregon and Tennessee are tax-free hmm.gif

Yeah, really? Never bought any makeup using Viadress so far..
I believe that's the case. Viadress's US address is in Indiana. Not tax-free, but CGW's Oregon is. Both have pros and cons smile.gif

Hi StrawberryGirL and all in this forum, smile.gif

I need your humble expertise here to help me out on shipping out from eBay to Malaysia & how to declare (i mean under value it).

I've registered both ComGateWay and Viaddress but i haven't used their service yet.

I managed to speak to ComGateWay customer service on live chat successfully just to confirm whether they are responding or not and YES, ther are responding.

But i couldn't connect to Viaddress live chat ever since i registered with them 2 months ago.

I'm buying RC car worth USD600 & free shipping within US.

If i want to use the above service, which one would you people recommend me to use?

And should i email them every time to check whether they've received my item or not?

Once they have received my item, what should i tell them to do, tell them to do another wrapping or tell them to ship straight away?

After i buy from eBay, should i contact seller to create low invoice or any other way to?

How to declare low value if courier service(FedEx or DHL) help me ship to my house?

Or should i contact courier service(FedEx or DHL) to tell them it is under RM500?

I'm confused. hmm.gif

Please help me out. sad.gif

You can email service@viaddress.com. They will reply you back. smile.gif They will inform once order is placed, when the item is shipped out by that online merchant, once it arrived at Viaddress. To declare lower value, you can instruct them by emailing. Let them know that, any purchase above RM500 will be taxed here.

^^v
