1st time using, bad experience, not so-recommended to these guys. and moreover they dont control facility in US warehouse. they told me from livechat, they dont have any phone no to be called (so that i can ask to speed up personally) and told me like yesterday they'll need 1 days to update. and when i ask today, they told me need more time, like 2-3 days to update my admin panel. for god's sake, its only 8 item i sent to them


will try on via address soon. do they need any verification before sending out item?

yap, comgateway really slow. i used 'buyforme' service, 2 day letter they process. then, received an email say that my item will arrived about 2 days, then I get email that my item arrived 1 week after the day supposed the item arrived to them. but it cheap.

My parcel is weighing at 1.4kg (from Fedex page, with the tracking number supplied by Viadress). Charged for RM119.35.

why you got that cheap? my item same weight as your, but double the price.

That's the weight you checked at Fedex? If you track your parcel, Fedex shows the weight of it on the left right?
I've asked Viadress to make my box smaller. So to reduce the cost. Memang mahal when they first quoted it!

I was like nak pecah kepala.. haha. Email them, they'll help you make it smallest as possible.

when to ask them? time nak byr dlm paypal tu ke? tak leh nak kecik kan, item ringan, tp saiz brg tu besar, so klu ikot volumetric weight tu la plg kecik yg boleh dpt. masa nak ship tu, dia kata kena byr kat 200lebih, then dh pening, terus je la byr. bole dpt lg murah ke time nak byr dlm paypal tu?

When to ask? Before paying.. I emailed them straight away after tengok shipping rates quotation.
Wait for them to reply my email, then next thing I know, murah dalam USD10-13 rasanya, I'm not really sure.
Dah lupa the previous quotation, but for sure, it is dang expensive!

They replied by telling me that, my parcel has been repackaged in the smallest box that they can.

Mine is barang yang ringan. Two pairs of shorts. Maybe that's why they were capable of lowering the shipping rates for me.

glad to know that i'm not alone. we should stay away from this company. at first i thought they were stealing all my iphone as i've sent all high-valued item to them, knowing that they is reliable, but sadly no response, no email from them.

about viaddress, u need to tell them your package need re-packed. memang 1st time purchase they will charge u expensive because u didnt told them what u want to do with the package. once u told them they will know what to do the next.
like 1st time i purchase my bag.. i kena charge tax by custom, because i didnt declare my item lower then RM500 >.< after i discuss with them, they finally give me advise already. and they asked me to declare the item by myself. so pandai pandai la.. declare regarding the weight, they follow fedex quote. u know la right fedex is expensive then DHL but fedex is much more faster and reliable courier service. thats why i dont mind to used them also. I try many time with comgate, they used DHL but i received the parcel are not boxes but is DHL package >.< i damn hate it. But Viaddress (FEDEX) they help pack so professional and put it inside the box. thats why u see their weight is much more expensive then a package. if u just wanted to purchase for personal user it is more expensive then u purchase via combine shipment.

yeah totally avoid comgateway, comgateway totally sucks and very UNPROFESSIONAL company. i've scold them like early in this morning, saying bad words then after that, ONLY they update like 1 of the package on my admin panel. wtheck
