how is the service for VPOST ? itzzit ok ? pls advise

any other more UK forwarders are cheapest and reliable ? any more recommended ? i wanna tried buying some bag from UK website but i'm still looking up for UK forwarders.. need some good feedback too

hmm.. currently me myself are using it. i had received my box from fedex today. So far, was ok to me there reply my answer quite fast too. And i will used their free concierge sometimes if my card can't go thru the US merchant.

so far service is good. last week there send my personal order to my house fast service

so far i prefer viaddress one bad thing i found out is there communication between us are not good enough. i had been using their service to purchase quite a lot now. Just the communication problem.

comgateway communication are much more better then viaddress.. i haven't tried purchase a lot of stuff yet with them so not quite sure yet

btw, im looking for Korea forwarding. any recommended ?

you have to check weather custom will charge you tax or not if u purchase video game or electronic. viadress and comgateway can help you deliver to your doorstep except prohibited item.

i got been charge custom tax before when i 1st time purchase my own item. fedex will help u clear out the tax and when they wanted to deliver to u, they will give u a call that your item been tax.. so u have to paid them for the custom clearance tax.

so far, i dont have this kind of situation happen. they reply me quite fast also via email and live chat. although they are not as detail as viadress but so far so good .

viadress help me a lot of thing they made my shipment fast. and help me purchase those item fast and reply my inquiry fast too. what we need is communication, if u have any problem need to settle, just tell them they will help you settle asap.

about viaddress, u need to tell them your package need re-packed. memang 1st time purchase they will charge u expensive because u didnt told them what u want to do with the package. once u told them they will know what to do the next.
like 1st time i purchase my bag.. i kena charge tax by custom, because i didnt declare my item lower then RM500 >.< after i discuss with them, they finally give me advise already. and they asked me to declare the item by myself. so pandai pandai la.. declare regarding the weight, they follow fedex quote. u know la right fedex is expensive then DHL but fedex is much more faster and reliable courier service. thats why i dont mind to used them also. I try many time with comgate, they used DHL but i received the parcel are not boxes but is DHL package >.< i damn hate it. But Viaddress (FEDEX) they help pack so professional and put it inside the box. thats why u see their weight is much more expensive then a package. if u just wanted to purchase for personal user it is more expensive then u purchase via combine shipment.
