QUOTE(Crazy.SoT.Gila @ Apr 16 2010, 02:27 AM) Seems very attractive, but after researching more into it, I find that it is a very problematic company: u mean via address is problematic company ? * fake reviews and feedbacks all around the Internet * inflate your package weight to charge a higher shipping price * slow customer service response I have used vsHub before and they suck. Package reached way later than what was originally promised. Customer service not very responsive as well. Currently I am using Shipito with a year of virtual mailbox subscription and so far so good with them hmm.. currently me myself are using it. i had received my box from fedex today. So far, was ok to me there reply my answer quite fast too. And i will used their free concierge sometimes if my card can't go thru the US merchant. |

QUOTE(saiful_caocao87 @ May 18 2010, 11:51 AM) how about video game, some electronic product from US, which one you all prefer, Viadress or comgateway? i'm live at terengganu, do Fedex or DHL can transfer my item? you have to check weather custom will charge you tax or not if u purchase video game or electronic. viadress and comgateway can help you deliver to your doorstep except prohibited item. |

about viaddress, u need to tell them your package need re-packed. memang 1st time purchase they will charge u expensive because u didnt told them what u want to do with the package. once u told them they will know what to do the next.
like 1st time i purchase my bag.. i kena charge tax by custom, because i didnt declare my item lower then RM500 >.< after i discuss with them, they finally give me advise already. and they asked me to declare the item by myself. so pandai pandai la.. declare |
