im doing business since im in university... back then i manage to convince supplier to do business with me althought im new.

basically the supplier need us. so just approach them if u like their product.

up till now i have sell IT,sport, gold and toy product.

im consider my self as amateur.  so before i buy stock from supplier... i tried to do dummy advertisement. to know the market and to get feed back. if i get positive feed back then i start to take stock.

then i put my self a goal. for example i need to get profit rm200 or 500 per week. so if by mid week im not yet get half from my target... then i will boost my marketing...

tips: get to know the market first before u take stock from supplier & get some biz knowledge and quote

computer = google internet then find supplier company name then i make the contact

others = mudah lelong lowyat... then resell at lowyat and mudah back
why hassle to import from overseas? the most important thing how many u can sell and how much % profit u can make...

It is not legal. 
However in Malaysia, there are no enforcement to enforce those copyright laws. My friend is studying in Australia, and their Uni strictly do not allowed photocopy Text book. He come back to Malaysia to buy the text book using RM (which is way cheaper), get a few extra books and bring back to sell in AUD. 
*If the Uni is providing architectural course, therefore your colour printing services will have a big boost.

There is enforcement to the copyright laws. Three photocopy/print shops in Kampar new town were raided and one of them was fined RM20k for copyright infringement. These businesses were even spied on. At one time, they only opened up their shutters to those who have made prior appointments with them.

When I registered my company with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), I saw Unifi and Alliance bank having a small booth to sell their product within the premise.

Was wondering if anyone here doing the same and can advise me how to go about it?

basically they lease the space out if im not wrong

I think you just need to approach management and ask them do they still have any extra space for you to open a booth there.
