Cold contact. Visit some distributor and promote your products to them. Beg them to distribute for you. Give them good profit since they are helping you out to test your products to the market.

Or just get a few fridge, setup in some cafe/kopitiam to sell your products. Profit sharing with cafe owners. Just like what coca cola did with kopitiam. Free fridge, but selling coca cola.

You will give the  seller a Consignment Note whereby they will confirm the number of items received from you. Then when you collect back the items after a period, they pay you for the difference. simple.

Quite a number of people doing online groceries business these days. Few years back, it's quite difficult to find any. It's quiet a good business once you get steady customers but a lot of them failed in their inventory management; deliver late, no stocks, old stocks etc.
Generally for student market I'd say, quite common overseas but hardly see any over here. In terms of washing results & pricing, how much different is this method from the laundry shops?

One issue about vending washing machines are, your "uncivilized" customers will dump practically anything that they wanna wash into your machines (I heard even muddy shoes too). So the maintenance, wear & tear will be much higher than the usual washing machine.

A good example of this self serviced washing machines is at upm. Just outside upm, there is one shop which use this method. You can have a look there, see the tear and wear of the machines, and sat there for a couple of days to see the student response. Do survey first in order to get a rough idea whether is it good to place a self serviced washing machines and how's the customer feedback on this sort of business model.

Franchise faster money all the way mah. SME slow and small money at first. Some people dont like the hardwork, yet they want enjoy the rewards first.

1.we can hire ppl to do packing and listing for us on our existing platform. While we expand on a supermarket platform.

2.We can provide services to the public if they have anything that they wanted to sell online... unwated gifts and etc... something like cash converters only we do the listing and they determine the selling price, we can charge customers by commisien basis.

3.We can also provide online services eg, online airline tickets, paying of utility bills, provide photocopy services, book binding services and

4.we can also become supplier to the items we are selling online. If we are able to sell items online means that we are able to get cheaper stuff on the items we sell online....we can become a supplier for students and etc whom wish to start an online business but got nothing to sell....

U must 1st think startup.....

my advise....see it in this manner.....

rental 2k... 1st floor thingy... ground floor at least 4k above
deposit 2+1 month.... 6k
worker ... urself alone proffit to salary
racking and shelves and little banners....5k
stock.... 5k plus 30 days term...

initial capital is only 18k only ma....

As you make proffit and enough to hire worker.... you can start to employ 1 worker... and start from there.....

Unless you have experience in a particular business.... u pump in 5 workers... u need to learn to manage them correctly... no point putting 5 people in a box and let them do monkey work for you....

Their salary is enough to kill you on a monthly basis...and belive me 1 month is very fast....

As the boss.... by 15 you need to prepare the money for salary liao on the 1st if u want to be a good boss...

prepared the cash by 25 and pay on the 3-4 on the begining of the month....

i think universal boss also same... after paying salary you can relax a bit while your worker work and make money for you...

in short... ur work now is to manage your staff and pay them salary while they do the technical and make money for you....

but as a start no need pump 5 workers la.... unless you really need them....

As for computer business or any other business with 5 workers... i think turn over 100k is small amount...

Say margin 15-20% .... 100k only only makes 15-20k a month... minus rental salary and etc... u get around 8-10k lor...

this is not bad liao..... the worst case is you cannot achive target of 100k a month and by 25 of the month you need to fork out your own pocket money to pay them.... and sitting there thinking how to get business....i can assure you... you cant even sleep at nights ....

this is the true business world.....unless you are used to it... then you might want to get a secure job with a fixed secure income...
